Firstly, our LIVE Training Bootcamps.
There are four of these 2 day events that will be held throughout the year. The “Kick-Start” Bootcamp is designed to blast through the basics of real estate investing and help you get on track to buy a property FAST.
Then we have the “Show Me the Money” Bootcamp. Getting the money to do deals is a major obstacle for many investors, and this is what usually stops them from getting involved, or moving past having just 1 or 2 properties. In this session, we will show you, in depth, how to get as much money as you want to buy as many deals as you want! In fact, when you follow these strategies, your biggest problem will be where to get enough deals to meet the demand! (Nice problem to have, eh?)
Speaking of finding the deals...in the 3rd Bootcamp, “Real Estate Business Building & Property Management”, that is exactly what we will be doing! Why depend solely on your realtor and networking to get deals when there are SO many ways to get motivated sellers to call you with deals? Then we will go over the nitty gritty details of how to manage your properties for maximum profits. This topic alone can make the difference between success in real estate and complete misery… tenants can make you or break you. Let Ken show you how to find (and keep) the best ones, and what to do if you get a bad egg (this is from a guy who ‘inherited’ some biker gang members in one of his buildings - and successfully got rid of them...peacefully!).
Bootcamp #4 is a real fun one - “Creative Real Estate Strategies” - it should be! Heck, Ken and Dave wrote the book on this one! Once you have gotten the basics of traditional real estate investing and property management down pat, then it is time to explore the ‘sexier’ aspects of getting into creative deals. Sandwich leases, assignments and lease/options are a few of the topics that will be covered in depth.
Between the bootcamps we will all keep in touch via live tele-classes and one-on-one phone mentoring/coaching with Ken. This way we will be able to help you to stay accountable to reaching your goals and staying on track.
